Prepare the utensils you will need. Clean the mushrooms. Chop the marjoram. Grate the cheese.
Grease the mushrooms with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in a heated frying pan and fry on both sides. Cut the finished mushrooms into slices.
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and cook the pasta for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
Mix the finished pasta with mushrooms, olive oil, marjoram, and cheese. Add 3 tablespoons of the remaining pasta water. Season with salt and pepper.
Before serving, portion and grate cheese on top of pasta. You can decorate with herbs and cherry tomatoes.
