Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the beef pulp into small portions approximately 1.5-2 cm thick.
Using a mallet, beat each piece.
Salt and pepper the chopped meat.
Place several pieces in a hot frying pan with oil and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. This way you will need to overcook all the pieces of beef.
While frying the meat, cut the onion into half rings.
After frying all the meat, you need to put it in the same frying pan in layers mixed with chopped onions.
Pour 100 ml of water into the frying pan, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to slightly below medium and simmer the meat and onions for 60-75 minutes.
At the end of cooking, sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
You can serve this tasty, tender and melt-in-your-mouth beef with potatoes (baked, fried, mashed), boiled rice and spaghetti. Any of the side dishes will go perfectly with this meat, and the onion sauce will make the dish even tastier and more appetizing.
