Wash the cucumber, tomatoes and basil in running water. Prepare all other ingredients, placing them within easy reach.
Prepare the pasta. To do this, place it in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain in a colander and drain. If desired, you can rinse the paste with cold water to prevent it from sticking. Cut the mozzarella cheese into halves.
Prepare salad dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, balsamic sauce and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and beat with a fork until smooth.
Cut the cucumber into large cubes and the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the pitted olives into rings. In a suitable container, mix all the salad ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
The finished salad can be served on portioned plates, first sprinkled with basil leaves to taste.
