Pour the frying oil into a mug, then place the flour in a large container. Rinse the onions under running water.
Sift the flour through a sieve, then pour in hot water, then stir until smooth. Sprinkle with salt and pour in cold water. Add flour if necessary.
The dough should not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 4 parts, then leave the dough alone for 10 minutes. Chop the onion with a knife. Roll out the dough into a sheet, then brush with oil. Wrap it into a ball shape and roll it out.
Heat a frying pan, then fry the pancakes until golden brown.
Cut the pancake into pieces, then decorate with vegetables and sour cream.
