Place cornmeal in a large container. Take 150g of cheese and place it on a plate.
Take a large container and place corn flour in it, then add 250 ml of water and add salt to taste. Leave the resulting dough to rest and swell slightly, 10 minutes is enough.
Place the cheese into the resulting dough and mix. Roll out the resulting dough and press out the shapes of circles.
Place the resulting corn tortillas in the pan. Start frying them over low heat until golden brown. Next, place the tortillas in a plate.
Serve corn tortillas in a separate bowl. Cut pieces of cheese from the edge of the plate.
