Lay out all the ingredients in front of you. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the eggs into a blender bowl, add salt and vanilla. Beat on speed 5 out of 5 for 1 minute.
With the blender running, add sugar in a thin stream. Beat for 5 minutes until fluffy. At speed 3 out of 5, add flour and baking soda. Beat for a couple more minutes. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with semolina.
Pour the dough on top, leaving about 3 tbsp. spoons.
Add cocoa to the remaining dough and mix. Using cocoa dough, apply a design to the pie. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
