  2. Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Cut the resulting peach halves into thin slices. In the same way, cut the tomatoes and Mozzarella into thin slices, after cutting the ingredients in half: tomatoes, cheese.

  3. Place slices of peaches, tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving plate, overlapping them in a circle, alternating them with each other.

  4. Drizzle the salad with olive oil before serving, add salt and pepper to taste (if necessary). Garnish the top of the salad with basil leaves.

  5. For the richest flavor, add avocado slices. The green color of the avocado will add even greater contrast to the color scheme of the salad, and the delicate pulp with a nutty aftertaste will add richness to the prepared dish.
