Choose oyster sauce with a high oyster extract content of at least 7%.
Wash the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices of equal thickness so that they organically complement each other in the salad.
Place caprese salad on a round white plate to make it look more appetizing. Place the tomato slices in a circle, and then the mozzarella slices on top, overlapping each other.
Place basil leaves in the center and between the cheese and tomatoes, distributing evenly. Drizzle with oyster sauce and olive oil.
Offer salt and pepper separately on salad. Oyster sauce already contains salt, so it is very important not to oversalt it.
