Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions and chop finely. Rinse the lamb well and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut into small cubes. Pour some oil into the cauldron and put on fire.
Place the meat in a cauldron and fry for 10 minutes until browned on each side. Add carrots and onions to the meat and fry for about 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes to the mixture, then peppers and mix well, then add salt and pepper, mix well, cover and leave for 60 minutes.
Place the chopped potatoes in the microwave for 10 minutes, then remove and add to the meat, then stir and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
After the time has passed, place the dish in portioned plates and serve.
Garnish the dish with fresh dill.
