Clean the fish from scales, ready, fins and bones, leave only the fillet and cut it into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small half rings. Wash the champignons and cut them into strips, then dry them with a towel. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds, then cut into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the parsley and chop finely. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil.
Place the chopped fish in a separate bowl, pour in lemon juice and sprinkle with black pepper, then leave for 8-11 minutes.
Once the time is up, place the cod fillets in the prepared baking dish, then layer the onions, then the peppers and mushrooms and pour the cream over the dish.
Place the dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before it’s ready, remove the dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and put it back in the oven.
Remove the finished dish from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, let cool for about 10 minutes, cut into portions and serve.
Garnish the resulting dish with sesame seeds.
