Steps:


  1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Sift the flour and measure out the required amount of the remaining ingredients.

  2. Mix the yolks with sugar and salt and beat well with a whisk. Add matsoni, soda to them and stir everything thoroughly. Add flour to this mixture, stirring constantly.

  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add to the dough and mix gently. Pour in vegetable oil, stir. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides for 2 minutes.
