Matsoni
Matsoni is a Georgian drink made of squeezed milk, borrowed from neighboring Armenia, where it is called Matsun. An analogue of Greek and Bulgarian yogurt. Translated means "sour milk." To get malesoni, cow's milk is heated and then bewhaled with lactic acid bacteria.
