Prepare the ingredients required from the list in the recommended quantities. Thaw the cod fillet, rinse with cold running water and dry with a paper towel. Rinse cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, onions and dill with water to remove debris and dirt.
Take a fireproof dish, grease it with vegetable oil and place the cod fillets. Disassemble the washed cauliflower into inflorescences and place on top of the fish. Then place the cherry tomatoes cut in half and fill the dish with a mixture of beaten egg, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle them on the dish; sprinkle grated cheese on top of the onions. Place the dish in the microwave to cook for 2 minutes at 800 W. Let the dish sit for about 2 minutes, then turn on the microwave again for 2-3 minutes. Repeat similar steps until the dish is ready.
Serve the baked cod fillet with cauliflower under a cheese crust hot, cutting the dish into portions and adding a side dish of rice or mashed potatoes.
