Cut the chicken breast into cubes and the onion into half rings.
Prepare the sauce: mix honey, tomato paste and soy sauce.
Fry the chicken breast until golden brown, then add the onion and fry the ingredients together. Pour in the sauce and a little water, simmer for 10 minutes until done.
Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs. Serve chicken breast with a side dish: mashed potatoes or rice.
