Soak the greens in water to better remove all dirt, then rinse under running water and dry well.
Finely chop the dill, add to the curd cheese and mix well until smooth.
Place the pita bread on the table and brush it with half the cheese mixture, grate the crab sticks and cheese and evenly distribute half the ingredients over the pita bread. Then spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Cover everything with the second pita bread and lay out the remaining filling in the same sequence. Roll the pita bread into a roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, it should be soaked.
To serve, cut the roll into pieces 3-4 cm thick and garnish them with fresh tomatoes and herbs.
