Prepare all the ingredients and place them on the table for convenience. Wash and peel the potatoes. Set the oven to preheat to 180 C.
Take a deep bowl. Mix in it a broken chicken egg, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and baking powder. Add a pinch of salt.
On a cutting board, cut the potatoes into cubes.
Take another deep bowl. Place potato cubes in it, add seasonings, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Take a baking dish and grease the bottom with butter. Pour a small amount of flour, sour cream and mayonnaise dough into the mold. Place the spiced potato cubes into the pan.
Pour the remaining amount of dough based on sour cream, mayonnaise and flour into the mold.
Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180 C for 45 minutes. You can use a toothpick to check the doneness of the cake. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and leave the cake to cool. Ready!
