Wash and peel the potatoes.
Mix potatoes with spices and butter.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe plate.
Pour some water into the bottom of the plate.
Microwave for 10 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
After 10 minutes, remove the potatoes from the microwave, sprinkle them with grated cheese and put them back in the microwave for 2 minutes.
The potatoes can be served in the same plate where they were baked, or distributed in portions.
