Soak the red beans in advance, then boil until fully cooked so that they look like starchy potatoes. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and finely chop. Rinse the rice and cook until half cooked, and grate the carrots. Wash the cucumber and tomato, cut them into slices. Prepare your blender and frying pan.
Mix ingredients for minced meat. Place the beans prepared in advance in a blender bowl and puree until smooth. Then transfer the resulting mass into a bowl, add onion, garlic and rice to it, add salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly.
Prepare hedgehogs with beans. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and leave to heat up. At the same time, form the minced meat into small round balls. Place them in a frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add carrots and tomato sauce to the pan, add salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the hedgehogs for another 5 minutes.
Serve delicious hedgehogs with beans along with a side dish in the form of sliced vegetables. If desired, you can add a little rice or potatoes to the dish.
