Steps:


  1. Peel the onion, wash the broccoli and divide into florets.

  2. Chop the bacon and fry it until golden brown, place the bacon in a bowl. In the same frying pan, first fry the onion, then add small broccoli florets to it and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss vegetables with bacon.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine the dressing with the bacon and vegetables, stir and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve the salad chilled.
