Steps:


  1. Prepare all the ingredients in the required quantities, wash and peel the vegetables. Boil fish broth.

  2. Cut the potatoes into strips, core the red pepper and cut into thin strips. Finely chop the onion.

  3. Pour oil into a hot frying pan and fry the onions and peppers. Add potatoes to boiling fish broth. After 5 minutes, place the fried vegetables in the pan with the broth. Cook over low heat.
