  1. Prepare the radishes in advance. To do this, wash the root vegetable, peel it, cut it into thin strips or grate it and fill it with salt water. Leave for 20-30 minutes so that the bitterness comes out of the radish, then drain the water. Cut the cucumbers into strips, peeled onions into rings.

  2. Take a deep salad bowl. Place all the chopped ingredients there: radishes, cucumbers and onions. Add salt, pepper and mix well.

  3. Prepare salad dressing. To do this, mix oil and vinegar and pour the resulting mixture into a salad bowl. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours to brew well.

  4. Serve the finished salad chilled, garnishing with a sprig of parsley on top. A salad of radish and pickled cucumbers goes perfectly with shish kebab and new potatoes.
