Fillet the salmon and cut into small pieces. Grate the cheese, peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender, drain the water.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry the chopped garlic, add the salmon pieces and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour cream over the salmon fillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for about 5 minutes, then add salt and pepper, add most of the grated cheese, stir and simmer until all the cheese has melted.
Place boiled pasta in the finished cheese, heat for about 1 minute and place the pasta on serving plates along with pieces of fish and sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and finely chopped herbs on top.
You can add sun-dried tomatoes and basil to the sauce, sprinkle with lemon juice.
