Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear, place in a colander to drain excess liquid. Peel the garlic and rinse with water.
Place the peeled and halved garlic and seasonings into a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, heat the ingredients and remove the garlic from the frying pan. Place small vermicelli in aromatic oil and fry it until golden brown, stirring constantly. As the vermicelli acquires a golden hue, add previously washed rice to it and mix the dish thoroughly.
Pour rice with vermicelli in spices with water or broth, salt and pepper to taste, cover the dish with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the liquid has completely evaporated. After the time has passed, remove the dish from the stove and keep it covered for some more time to steam.
Serve fried vermicelli with rice and spices in Turkish style hot, sprinkled with chopped dill and parsley and complemented with juicy meat.
