Wash, dry and cut the chicken fillet into large pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Break the eggs into a small bowl and beat them until fluffy. Mix flour, dry garlic, pepper and salt, mix well. Separately, pour bread crumbs into a plate and mix with cheese.
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture (shaking off excess), then dip into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs and cheese. And do this with each piece.
In a narrow saucepan with high edges, heat the vegetable oil well and fry the breaded fillets in it for about 5 minutes each piece and place them on a paper towel to drain excess fat. Serve the dish hot with any side dish.
Prepare garlic, cheese or tomato sauce for the dish, serve with fresh vegetable salad, rice or fried potatoes.
