To begin, preheat the oven to 180°C. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens and cut the ham into small slices. Remove the kefir from the refrigerator and let it sit briefly until it reaches room temperature. Separately, take a small bowl and break the eggs into it and beat thoroughly with salt using a fork.
Take a deep container, pour out the kefir and add soda. Mix well until a single mass is formed. Next, leave it for 10 minutes. Then combine the egg mixture with kefir, making sure not to allow a single lump. Add flour and mix everything again until the dough is smooth.
Take a plate with pre-sliced ham, grated cheese and finely chopped green onions. Add all ingredients to the dough. Bring the mixture to such a state that all products are covered with the same layer of dough. This will make the cake more uniform.
Grease a baking dish well with a small piece of butter. Cut the remaining portion into equal parts and scatter throughout the pan. Next, sprinkle it well with breadcrumbs so as to cover the bottom and sides. Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Before serving, cut the pie into equal pieces and serve in portioned bowls. Use sour cream, low-fat yogurt or tomato sauce as a sauce. This dish can be served by cooling it slightly beforehand and garnishing with dill or parsley if desired.
