Peel and wash the potatoes. Rinse the greens under running water and place on a paper towel.
Grate the potatoes on a medium grater and add to a container with eggs, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, finely chop the herbs and add everything to the container along with the minced meat, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir.
Grease the pan with oil and lay out layers of ½ potatoes, minced meat, the other half of potatoes and cheese.
Grease the top layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Place in the oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 40 minutes.
