Cut the meat into pieces, beat a little, salt and season with spices. Pour hot water over the tomatoes and then remove the skins from them.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add meat and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Cut the onion into cubes, slice the garlic and fry in the oil in which the meat was fried. Fry the onion until soft, then add the wine and reduce by half.
Next, add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. After this, transfer the meat to the frying pan and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
Serve the meat warm as a separate dish. Or as an addition to a side dish in the form of mashed potatoes. Decorate with greens.
