Dry the washed meat, coat with mustard, salt and roll in your favorite spices.

You can serve the meat with mustard cold as a snack, or make sandwiches with the meat for breakfast. Or hot as a complete dish with a side dish in the form of noodles or mashed potatoes. Cut the vegetable salad.
