Remove the butter from the refrigerator until it softens. Rinse the cranberries, leave to defrost, and drain off excess liquid. Sift the flour through a sieve. Chop the nuts coarsely.
Combine eggs, softened butter and sugar, whisk for a few minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and add parts to the egg mixture, knead the dough.
Place parchment paper on the bottom of the pan and add cranberries and nuts. Sprinkle everything with sugar and place the dough on top of the berries. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 200C. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove the finished pie from the mold, turn it over onto a plate, sprinkle the cooled pie with powdered sugar and brew a cup of strong aromatic tea.
