Measure out all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and grind in a blender or meat grinder along with onion and egg.
Pour milk over the bran and let it swell. On average, 10-15 minutes are enough for this.
Mix bran with minced meat, salt and pepper.
Carefully pour the mixture into molds and place in the oven. Bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.
Decorate the finished muffins with herbs.
