Prepare the ingredients for the rosemary baguette. Heat the water until warm. Tip: Traditionally, the length of a baguette is up to 70 cm, width 5-6 cm, height 3-4 cm.
Start preparing the dough. Pour sugar, salt, yeast, rosemary into a bowl, pour in water. Add flour and olive oil. Knead soft dough. Form the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
Bake baguettes with rosemary. Set the oven to preheat at 200 degrees. While the oven is heating, form the dough into baguettes. Divide the dough into four parts and roll into thick sausages. Line a baking sheet with paper and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the blanks. Brush the top with olive oil and make shallow cuts diagonally. Cover with a towel. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
