Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the raspberries. Prepare a bowl, pan and food.
Take a bowl and pour kefir into it. Then break the eggs there, add salt and 1 tsp. Sahara.
Then take the flour and add it to the bowl. Mix the dough with a spoon. Also add vegetable oil to the dough and let the dough brew.
Mix flour with soda and pour onto the table. Pour in the dough and knead it until elastic. Gather the dough into a ball and cover with film. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Take the dough, roll it out into a thin layer and cut out circles from it using a mold. Add the filling and seal the edges.
Place a pot of water on the fire until it boils. Then add salt and dumplings. Cook them for 4 minutes. Once ready, place the dumplings on a plate and pour melted butter over them.
It is best to serve the dish with jam and garnish with fresh raspberries or blackberries.
