Wash the egg and banana well under running water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Measure out the required amount of ingredients.
In a deep bowl, mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add milk, egg and condensed milk.
Mix everything well with a whisk.
Cut the bananas into slices.
Grease a silicone muffin tin with butter and pour in the dough, not reaching 2 cm from the edges.
Place banana slices on top of the dough - 3-4 pieces for each muffin. And send them to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let the finished muffins rest for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Serve the muffins warm or cool – equally delicious. Before serving, garnish with condensed milk, cinnamon, powdered sugar or a sprig of mint.
