Wash the spinach leaves, soak for 2-3 hours in cold water, then squeeze. Prepare a chopper or blender.
Cook the spinach. Place the spinach leaves in a pan of boiling water and boil for 1-2 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, squeeze, cut into strips.
Prepare spaghetti sauce. Place the spinach in the chopper, pour in 0.5 cups of cream, and beat until smooth. Heat a frying pan, add butter, melt. Add flour, stir so that there are no lumps, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add spinach and spices. Add spinach mixture, nutmeg, Mediterranean herbs, and salt. Simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. There is no need to cover with a lid. Wait until it thickens slightly and turn off the heat.
While the sauce is preparing, make the spaghetti. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for about 7-9 minutes. The exact cooking time is indicated on the package. Place in a colander and allow the liquid to drain.
Combine spaghetti with sauce. Place spaghetti in a deep container, add sauce, mix thoroughly.
Serve spaghetti with spinach on wide serving plates; sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
