After all, how can you forget such a wonderful combination as shortbread dough melting in your mouth with a delicate curd filling. The classic recipe will never lose popularity, but in the summer you can diversify it with bright and tasty berries, such as raspberries. It turns out to be a very juicy and aromatic dish.

Steps:

  5. Serve the finished dish garnished with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
