You will need a blender for this work.
Pour agar-agar into a cup, add two tablespoons of cold water, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Pour sugar into a small saucepan, pour in milk and prepared agar-agar. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Pour cottage cheese into the pan. Beat the resulting mass with a blender until smooth. Place the curd mixture into molds. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Serve the soufflé chilled, remove from the molds, pour over the syrup or garnish with berries.
