Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list in the recommended quantities. Cut the savoiardi cookies to the length of the mold, sort the raspberries and rinse thoroughly under water.
To prepare raspberry puree, combine selected raspberries and sugar in a blender bowl and grind to a paste. Place the resulting mass in a saucepan and put on fire to cook for 5-7 minutes. Also chop the canned peaches in a blender bowl.
To prepare the cream, combine the cream and half the powdered sugar in a bowl and beat the creamy mixture until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the Mascarpone cheese with the remaining powdered sugar and add the whipped mixture to the cream. Stir the prepared cream until smooth.
Start forming the dessert; to do this, place some of the cookies soaked in raspberry sauce in a tiramisu mold. Place some of the prepared cream on top of the cookies, then a layer of cookies soaked in chopped peach. Repeat the layer of cream and place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. When ready, decorate the dessert with grated chocolate.
Light tiramisu with a layer of fruit, decorate with fresh berries and fruits, cut into portions and serve with warm cocoa or milk.
