Brew coffee, let it cool.
Prepare a container for the mixture. Add powdered sugar, vanillin and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Using a mixer, beat the mascarpone with cream. Mix these two mixtures.
Dip the cookies, one at a time, into brewed chilled coffee for a few seconds and place in the mold. Cover with cream on top. Repeat this procedure two times.
Serve tiramisu with cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
