Place all ingredients on the table for easy preparation. Wash and peel the vegetables.
Prepare vegetables for salad. To do this, finely chop the white cabbage, cut the onion into half rings, and grate the carrots into strips. Also cut the bell pepper into strips and finely chop the parsley.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, coriander and pepper mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Place the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl and stir.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables, cover and leave for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving, drain the salad from the marinade and transfer to a serving plate.
