Prepare all ingredients. Combine eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
Add thick, fatty sour cream to the beaten eggs and sugar and mix at low speed with a mixer (you can add vanilla sugar). Add the sifted flour and baking powder in several additions (3-4 times), mix with a mixer at low speed.
Pour 1/3 of the dough into the bottom of the buttered pan, arrange the berries, pour the remaining dough on top of them and carefully level with a spatula. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
Decorate the completely cooled pie with berries, to do this, grease the surface of the pie with thick jam or syrup, when the layer of jam is slightly absorbed, as if dry, spread out the clean berries, “gluing” them into the jam. You can also give support to the berries using cream.
Serve the sour cream on a beautiful platter, sprinkled with powdered sugar. The dessert goes well with green and herbal tea.
