Remove milk, butter and chicken eggs from the refrigerator in advance so that they warm to room temperature.
In a deep bowl, mix milk with melted butter. Add salt, sugar, eggs and mix again. Add flour to this mixture, stirring.
If you have a blender, use it to puree the resulting mass. Or just stir with a spoon until smooth. The resulting dough should have a thick consistency.
Preheat the waffle iron and brush with melted butter if necessary. Lay out the batter in a thick layer and close the waffle iron.
These waffles go perfectly with fruit, and you can also sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
