              Boil the hearts. Pour water into the pan, add salt, add spices and place the hearts.               Then cut the boiled chicken hearts, cucumber and greens into small cubes.               Assemble the salad: Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. The salad is ready!               Garnish the finished salad with fresh carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
