Boil the potatoes in advance and prepare all the ingredients for the dough. They should be at room temperature.
Peel the potatoes, mash them, add spices. Finely chop the dill, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix all ingredients with potatoes.
Prepare the dough by adding the egg, olive oil and salt to the pre-sifted flour. Knead the dough and leave it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Take out the dough, form several small balls, roll each one out individually and cut out equal circles. Add filling to each circle, then press the edges together. Boil the ravioli in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes until done.
Serve the ravioli with potatoes while still hot, use sour cream, and you can also garnish with cucumber slices.
