Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the zucchini into thin strips, pour boiling water over it and leave for 30-40 seconds. Then pour over ice water. Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat a frying pan with butter and fry the garlic for 15 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the cream, bring to a boil and add spices to taste.
Add the zucchini, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.
