Hard boil 5 eggs: place them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add 1 tsp. salt, put the pan on the fire. Bring the water to a boil and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Then sharply plunge the eggs into ice water and peel. Chop the onion and parsley. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. In a cup, beat 1 raw egg with a fork.
Prepare the minced meat. In a bowl, mix minced meat, egg, onion, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Then form the minced meat into an oval cake (approximately 12x7 cm). Roll the boiled egg in a mixture of flour and spices, then wrap it in minced meat, roll in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Repeat with all the eggs and mince.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the minced eggs for 8-9 minutes on both sides until golden brown and the minced meat is ready.
