Cut the pumpkin, peel it, remove the seeds. Cut into small squares, place on baking parchment and drizzle with olive oil. Add spices. Next, place the pumpkin in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for 40 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt in a bowl.
Assemble the salad: Place spinach, roasted pumpkin, feta and pine nuts on a plate.
Season the prepared salad with sauce.
