 
                   
               
              Thaw the pollock fillets, wash and dry with a paper towel. Wash the onion, peel and cut into half rings. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the lemon and cut into slices. Prepare foil or parchment.               Prepare pollock fillet with cheese. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and grease with vegetable oil. Place whole pieces of pollock fillet on it. Place onions on top, then a layer of carrots, salt and pepper. Grease with mayonnaise and cover with cheese. Place the baking sheet with the fish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
