The beef burger dates back to the 19th century. Presumably in Germany. But it took root in America, so it is considered a national American dish. For a classic beef burger, you can buy ready-made patties or make homemade ones. The main thing is that the ratio of meat to fat is approximately 80 to 20. For the filling, take fresh vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. You can add cheese, bacon or fried onions.
