 
                   
               
              Lay out all the products conveniently. Remove the margarine ahead of time so it is at room temperature while cooking.               Knead the dough. For this. Mix margarine and powdered sugar in a bowl. Gradually add flour to the bowl as the mixture thickens. When the mixture comes together, use your hands to knead it into a tight ball.               After half an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Start rolling it out, first sprinkling the table with flour so that the dough does not stick.               Cut out the figures and place on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.               Shortbread cookies are best suited for tea drinking. Serve the finished shortbread with jam or jam.
