Wash the lettuce, tomatoes and mushrooms under running water. Measure out the required amount of ingredients and place them on the table for easy preparation. It is better to fry walnuts in a dry frying pan for an even richer taste.
Cut the champignons into slices.
Cut the salad as desired.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, chop the walnut kernels into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, add the champignons, fry until cooked and characteristic golden brown.
Place lettuce leaves and fried champignons in a deep bowl.
Next add cherry halves and walnuts. Season with olive oil and stir. The salad is ready!
Place the salad on a plate and serve as a separate dish or in addition to the main dish. Bon appetit!
